Can I pay with my credit/debit card?

Yes, just click on the PayPal button at checkout and this will give you an option to pay with your desired credit or debit card.

Why haven’t I received any emails since I placed my order?

Please check your spam mail and junk mail folders. Notification emails are auto-generated, which can easily result in your mail being flagged as “spam” mail. You should also confirm your email address was entered correctly, without spelling errors, at your time of purchase.

How can I track my order?

After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information, once available. If you do not receive an email please check all inbox folders (spam, junk, etc.) and confirm the email address was entered without spelling errors. Once your order is ready to ship, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.

When your order has been given to the shipping carrier, updates on the status of your order and its delivery will depend on their tracking services. Orders will be shipped via USPS and will be delivered in the timeframe determined by USPS.

What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.

Simply stated the EDT is:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and order priority. All of our items are made-to-order, which can also result in longer processing times before your order is shipped.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to the shipping carrier that delivers to your area or region. Orders will be shipped via USPS and will be delivered in the timeframe determined by USPS.

Why is my order taking longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive?

Do all items in orders always ship together?

There are some products that we will ship separately due to packaging differences, but we are working on optimizing the process. In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled and shipped separately.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

All sale purchases are final. Our products are made-to-order. All sales are final.
