ORDER PROCESSING

DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT AND 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Simply stated the EDT is:  estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.

When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and order priority. All of our items are made-to-order, which can also result in longer processing times before your order is shipped.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to the shipping carrier that delivers to your area or region. Orders will be shipped via USPS and will be delivered in the timeframe determined by USPS.

SHIPPING 

U.S./Domestic Orders: Product fulfillment time average is 5–10 business days.

  • After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information when available.
  • Once your order is ready to ship we send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.
  • When your order has been given to the shipping carrier, updates on the status of your order and its delivery will depend on their tracking services.

International Orders: Currently, we only ship to U.S. locations but we are working hard to bring our products to all potential customers. We appreciate your patience and support.
